Ballard Genealogy and Heraldry

I have no evidence to indicate which Ballard family these descriptions refer to and am of the opinion that one source incorrectly quoted them as Ballard arms and the other subsequently ``copied'' them. These arms are not recorded at the College of Arms and therefore have no validity.
